Bike Fitting & Outfitting
A properly fitted bike helps with not only comfort and performance but with injury prevention too.
A properly outfitted bike, loaded with bikepack bags and accessories, rides more stable, is more comfortable and is much more efficient.
Both of these combined make for a much more enjoyable adventure!
Jay has logged hundreds of bike fits. He attended the original Serotta Fit School as well as completed a F.I.S.T. course, another original and founder in fit. As a cyclist himself logging over 10k miles per year, having ridden and raced in every discipline as well as earning legend status in ultra-endurance bikepacking he knows the real balance of comfort to performance like few do. With an approach of combining science AND considering the cyclist's body, mechanics, goals, strengths, weaknesses, limitations, and injuries, every fit is tailored to the individual.

On the Road Fit and Assessment
This is a add-on to the Comprehensive Fit. $100/hr
Taking the fit to the road, in the real world, by going for a ride, is the best way to truly test your fit. We will ride from the studio, after your comprehensive fit, and talk through how the bike fits and feels. Jay will be able to make small changes while riding, assess you while you're in different positions and producing different amounts of power. Jay typically will give you tips and make suggestions on proper pedaling technique and body engagement while riding.
We Combine the Comprehensive Fit and the On the Road Fit to reach a fully functional productive experience for $275.
A comfortable rider is a happy rider.
A happy rider is an efficient rider.

After many years of riding and racing, earning ‘legend’ status as an “athlete” and having consulted, guided, and educated as a “mentor and ambassador” to sport, brands, JayP would now like to pay all that forward.
Offering events in his backyard which was born from advocacy he has acquired quite a few hats. Ride Forward is now a platform for the most rewarding part which is sharing and educating through all he has learned through experiences.
