Fundamentals in and how-to perfect each type of ride in a Training Prescription
Interested in Getting Stronger on the Bike!? We work with and highly recommend MTN Lab Holistic Performance Coaching when it comes to mobility and strength training. They offer a rider's specific program as well as cater to each person as an individual.
The Stronger on the Bike Program is designed to enhance a riders experience and capacity for optimal enjoyment and longevity. Our intention is to educate our clients by teaching the WHY behind the skills required in mountain biking along with the physical prerequisites to do it with confidence & competency. We believe this approach empowers our clients to take ownership in their personal development on and off the bike.

Whether you are a beginner or advanced mountain biker a private lesson is a great way to build your foundational skills, hone in on a specific skill, or give you a skill refresher. It will build upon your current abilities, increase confidence, and give you a boost to have more fun and flow on the trails.
All lessons are private and tailored to your goals and current skill ability.
All Lessons include:

Description:
Meet at the Riders Den in downtown Victor. We will have an intro, go over bike set up, talk about the lesson and either pedal to the Victor Bike Park or shuttle to the trail.
At the Bike Park we will dive into the skills and drills based on Rider Assessment. If we plan to ride trail, we will head to trailhead from there.
We will end at the Riders Den with a cold bubbly and have a recap of the lesson.

Berube
Britta started riding bikes in the Badlands of North Dakota and swiftly developed a passion for the sport. As a full time bike instructor, coach, and guide she now shares her knowledge and personal experiences to support others on and off the bike. She is dedicated to inspiring others to develop strong foundational skills, mindset, and a deeper understanding of how health and fitness contributes to expressing one's true potential.
Britta splits her time between the Teton Valley and Sedona, Arizona. She is PMBIA and BICP certified, Wilderness First Responder, and Wilderness MTB Guide.

TYPES OF LESSONS
We offer two types of lessons to ensure we meet the needs of our clients.
Hybrid Lesson:

We start lessons off trail at a Victor Bike Park to establish fundamentals and identify limitations.

Once rider(s) have run through fundamental skills in a controlled setting we will then integrate those skills and techniques onto a trail setting.

This is where the magic happens. Applying skills on trail helps create confidence and deeper understanding.
Trail Lesson:

If you want to take it straight to the trail, we got you covered!

If you are a first time rider we will first learn how to ride safely in an open space before taking it to the trail. If you are wanting to focus on a specific skill we tailor our rides to concentrate on those areas.

If you are a more experienced rider, we can challenge you to your desired skill level on our favorite trails.
